How do I return an item? Books may be returned for credit within 30 days of invoice. A 10% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned books. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Only books returned unopened and in as-new condition will be considered and determination of their resale value will be at the sole discretion of the WABO Bookstore. All books must be returned using a traceable method such as UPS or FED EX.
